Former Xena: Warrior Princess star Lucy Lawless will be appearing in several episodes as a reporter investigating life on Galactica. The role sees her use her native New Zealand accent for the first time. "I've never wanted to use my real voice before," she says. "But for this role as a reporter it seemed appropriate."
