Lucy Lawless Joins THE X-FILES
XENA star set for mutiple episodes on series.
Lucy Lawless didn't just cool her heels after the end of XENA: WARRIOR PRINCESS. She's now jumping on board another TV franchise: THE X-FILES.
At this point, Lawless has been signed for a multi-episode engagement, the specifics of which are being kept under wraps.
Meanwhile, while talking to Variety, X-FILES executive producer Frank Spotnitz spoke of acquiring Lawless, saying, "We're thrilled to have an opportunity to work with Lucy, whose work we've admired for a long time. We think
we've found an interesting and unexpected way to have her join the family."
THE X-FILES' ninth season starts on November 4th.
